Our saddles have a specially engineered draft horse tree guaranteed for 5 years. This special tree is wide and flat through the pommel to accommodate the typical draft horse. These are not cheap lightweight saddles - Our saddles are made thick premium heavyweight leather and are built with oversize frame and skirts to look correct when sitting on the back of very large horses. These saddles are made to last and tend to be a bit heavy. You won't find a better quality draft saddle anywhere in the country for twice the price. Please note that we keep limited stock on hand - Most are custom made to order to allow you choice of seat size (up to 21"), cantle height, tooling, and color. Prices listed are for up to 17" seats - Seat sizes larger than 17" are 30.00 per inch additional. It takes us approximately4-6 weeks to have your custom saddle built.
